- Biblically Based
- Servant Led
- Blessed to be a Blessing
- Seeking God’s Will – Prayer for God’s will to be accomplished through us precedes and under girds every decision and effort.
- Transforming Lives in Christ – equipping people to discover, develop, and deploy their Spiritual Gifts is essential for ministry. Encouraging discipleship for all ages through education, worship, music, and fellowship. Making disciples through Worship and Christian Education are key to spiritual renewal. Growing in faith happens best in small group experiences.
- Striving for Excellence in Ministry – God expects our best efforts. “Good enough ” is not good enough.
- Existing for Others – Lost people matter to God and they matter to us. The Church of Jesus Christ exists for those outside.
